TUMON BAY, GUAM, 31 January 2022 - Roy’s Restaurant, located at Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, will release their 3-course new lunch menu starting February 1, 2022. Roy's is an upscale dining experience with inspired fusion cuisine of bold Asian flavors, and this new menu is sure to make a lasting impression with guests. The new lunch menu ranges from appetizers, mouth-watering entrèes in which fresh and all-natural ingredients take center stage and of course, delectable desserts.
The long-standing favorites are still on the menu, including the famous Roy’s Signature Szechuan Half Rack Baby Back Ribs, Boneless Short Ribs Vietnamese Essence and Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon. These popular dishes have been joined by new options including US Wagyu Loco Moco, Lobster Pasta, Lobster Risotto and Mac-Nut Halibut.
The 3-course lunch set includes coffee or tea and priced at $33.00, subject to 10% service charge. Roy’s Restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday to Friday 11:30 am - 2 pm.
