TUMON, Guam – September 10, 2024 – Inspired by the local love for oysters and crab, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is proud to present Oysters & Crab Night at Islander Terrace, an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet featuring a delectable menu that’s as multi-layered in flavor as it is delicious.

Every Thursday evening from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, guests can enjoy popular variations of baked oysters including Thermidor, Kilpatrick, Garlic Rayu Oil and Rockefeller, along with grilled and fresh oysters topped with mignonette and cocktail sauce. Crab gratin and steamed snow crab legs with butter - a favorite amongst Islander Terrace regulars - are also on the menu.

While Oysters & Crab Night is certainly shellfish-forward, guests seeking other sea or land entrees will find loads of options. Tender grilled steak and sausages, St Louis barbecue-style spare ribs, whole baked salmon, a soy and miso broth ramen station, and a fresh veggie salad bar are among the numerous shellfish alternatives. Altogether, Oyster & Crab Night serves over 30 hot and cold dishes - not including a full dessert bar, ice cream station and halo-halo station.

Oysters & Crab Night includes bottomless draft beer, house red and white wine, iced tea and juice. Adult price is $52.00 plus 10% service charge and child price is $26.00 plus 10% service charge for ages 5 to 11. PHR Club, Hilton Guam Wellness Center Member, Military and Senior Citizen (ages 55 and older) discounts are welcome. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions.
