TUMON BAY, GUAM, 31 October 2022 – Roy’s Restaurant, located at Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, will release their new 3-course lunch menu starting November 1, 2022. At Roy’s Restaurant, our guests are invited to experience the bold Asian flavors and classic European techniques that define Roy's Hawaii Inspired Fusion Cuisine. The new lunch menu ranges from appetizers, mouth-watering entrées in which fresh and all-natural ingredients take center stage. Our pastry team has curated enticing festive desserts which will only be featured for this year’s holiday season.
New savory appetizers include Pork & Shrimp Pillows and Chicken Spring Rolls. The signature dishes are still on the menu, including the famous Roy’s Signature Szechuan Half Rack Baby Back Ribs, Boneless Short Ribs Vietnamese Essence and US-Wagyu Loco-Moco. These popular dishes have been joined by new entrée options including Agedashi Tofu, Spinach Mushroom Tortellini and Singaporean Pepper Shrimp. Enjoy the choice of our decadent desserts such as Gingerbread Cream Puff, Mini Green Tea Yule Log and Peppermint Cheesecake.
The 3-course lunch set includes coffee or tea, bread and Olive tapenade. Roy’s lunch menu is priced at $38.00, subject to 10% service charge. Roy’s Restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Friday 11:30 am – 2:00 pm. If you plan to dine in for the evening, dinner hours are Thursday, Sunday and Monday 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm and Friday to Saturday 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm. You may book your reservations online at OpenTable.
