TUMON BAY, Guam – September 2, 2016 Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is proud to recognize, Alvin Almazan, Sous Chef of Fisherman's Cove, as the hotels rising star chef. An event was held on September 2, 2016, in which up and coming chefs from various hotels were selected to prepare an exquisite dish for an evening charity event. The event raised money for Farm to Table, a local non-profit organization supporting local farmers and expanding Guam's farming industry.
