ROY’S RESTAURANT: Enjoy a romantic and memorable Valentine’s Dinner at Roy’s Restaurant. Roy’s will be serving a delectable 4-course set dinner that highlights the elegance of the dishes perfectly curated by our chefs. The Valentine’s dinner menu includes Lobster Crunchy Roll & Roy’s Ahi Tuna, Half Shell Scallop, Lobster Bisque, Choice of Wagyu Beef Ribeye or Carrot Ginger Crusted Chilean Sea Bass and for dessert, Raspberry Mousse Cake and Mango Sorbet.
