Happy New Year Hilton Friends!

2012 will be a very momentous year for us as we celebrate 40 years of hospitality and service to our valued visitors from abroad and the island's community. Your continuous support of Hilton Guam Resort & Spa has contributed immensely to the hotel's success amd longevity, and I sincerely thank you.

To kick off our 40th anniversary celebration, I would like to invite you to participate in the hotel's ongoing Dream Car Giveaway promotion by purchasing raffle tickets at the Front Desk. The chance of winning the BMW is only 1 out of 2,000 and proceeds from the promotion will be donated to the Guam Football (Soccer) Association's youth development fund. Aside from the new car, several vacation getaways may be won, including hotel stays in suites or the Executive Floor of Hilton hotels in the region. The grand raffle drawing will be held in mid February.

Even with our rich history of success in the community, we always have the changing trends of our guests in mind when implementing innovative promotions and services. We are thrilled to announce our newest service - our Biba Biba Shuttle Express. Our drop-off only shuttle bus transports hotel guests to Guam's most popular shopping areas for just $2.

Additionally, we are proud to introduce the most advanced telecommunications service in Guam in the early part of 2012. The telephony devices will support 12 different languages, include a seven-inch touch screen, and offer a visual display room service menu among other features. Guest will also now be able to check out using their television sets in their rooms.
