TUMON BAY, Guam – January 23, 2018 – Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is pleased to welcome to the island visiting Executive Chef Tenney Flynn. Chef Flynn, executive chef and co-owner of New Orleans seafood restaurant, GW Fins, will be on island as a visiting chef at the Hilton's Fisherman's Cove.

During his visit, Chef Flynn will be creating specialty seafood dishes to be featured in the Fisherman's Cove. The special promotion will start February 12 until February 16, 2018. Chef Flynn will also be working with the Fisherman's Cove culinary team in sharing his expertise to enhance flavors in the menu as he enjoys Asian influences in his cooking. "I am excited for his visit as we are looking to expand the menu and eager to learn new cooking techniques on how to bring out natural flavors," said Alvin Almazan, chef de cuisine, Fisherman's Cove.

A seafood icon, Chef Flynn, has become a national celebrity for his weekly cooking segments on the syndicated fishing show, "The Big Fish". He has also made appearances on "Top Chef," "Live With Kelly," "Fox & Friends" and will now be on Guam to join us at the Fisherman's Cove. "It is a great opportunity to have a chef with his level of experience and expertise visit us to share with our team his unique take on modern cuisine," said Makoto "Earnie" Yasuhara, general manager, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa. Chef Flynn is also a two-time winner of "New Orleans Magazine's Chef of the Year".
