TUMON BAY, Guam – April 09, 2018 – Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is pleased to welcome back to the island visiting chef, Roy Yamaguchi. Roy Yamaguchi is back to share his culinary expertise from April 09 – April 14.
During his visit, specialty ala carte items will be served from Hamachi Sashimi, lobster with cavatelli pasta, peas, mint and a Thai Curry Sauce, and a Green Tea Sponge cake with macadamia nut streusel, fresh ferries, and coconut anglaise.
