Sunburn Cooler
Instant relief for sunburned skin, this treatment includes the Elemis Exotic Frangipani Body Nourish Wrap. Inspired by a Tahitian recipe, fragrant Coconut and Frangipani flowers blended together to produce a scented oil called Monoi. The oil conditions your skin while you are cocooned in a foil body wrap. Your skin is then nourish with an application of Elemis Exotic Flower Body Balm, followed by a soothing foot massage.
Aromatherapy
Natural extracts from plants infused in luxurious body oils have a subtle, but calming effect on the mind and, through the senses, on the body. Choose from one of our signature aromatherapy massage oils.
Shiatsu
Based on the same principles as acupuncture, this pressure point massage is ideal for someone desiring a deep, penetrating touch. It’s the perfect way to ease tension and fatigue and enhance energy flow.

Q. Should I reserve my treatments?
A. Yes, either phone or visit the spa to book a reservation at your earliest convenience so we may accommodate your schedule. If you are a hotel guest, please dial 6666.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and slippers.
Q. When should I arrive?
A. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in, change and familiarize yourself with the facility.
Q. What if I have special health considerations?
A. Please notify our Spa Manager or Spa Concierge before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, let us know. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before or immediately after your spa treatment.
Q. What about my jewelry, contact lens, and valuables?
A. Please leave these items at home or in the safe in your hotel room. The company will NOT assume any liability.
Q. Is there a minimum age?
A. All spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. Salon services are available for all ages.
Q. What if I’m late for my appointment?
A. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Q. What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
A. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged 50% for treatments not canceled 4 hours in advance.
Q. What about payment for services?
A. We accept Yen, US$, traveler’s checks and credit cards (Visa, AMEX, MC, JCB, Diners). You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill.
Q. Can I request a male or female therapist?
A. Yes, however we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
